Spatial Flow and Functional Design
The compact and stylish kitchenette that welcomes you from the main entrance is
elegantly separated from the living area thanks to the niche detail we designed. The
comfortable seating group in the living room section integrates the interior with the
garden and pool through large, floor-to-ceiling windows.
Naturalness and Modernism
We prioritized naturalness in our material choices, which carry the design language to a
modern and minimal line. The microcement application we chose for the entire floor
and the headboard wall adds industrial elegance and textural depth to the space. The
light color palette used on the walls invites Urla’s natural light inside while establishing a
harmonious balance with the warmth of the wood.
A boutique living space where natural textures and modern architecture meet
In the peaceful atmosphere of Urla, this Guest House—which complements the spirit of
the main villa but offers an independent living space within itself—offers a refined
accommodation experience for both family members and special guests. Our design
concept was built on meeting all the needs of the guests in a single flow, without
compromising on spaciousness.
Beyond Walls: Light and Permeability
The most characteristic feature of this project is the solid wood separators we used
instead of bulky walls that narrow the space. These naturally textured panels, which
separate the bedroom and the living area, allow light to circulate freely within the space
while maintaining visual continuity and adding organic warmth to the modern
architectural language.
